Mac install compass(2)

有段時間沒有去更新Github pages的作品集，
在更新過程中發現環境已經從Windows變成Mac，
得查一下Sass Compass要怎樣才能編譯。

在過程中卻遇到這個Error：

ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError)
You don't have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0 directory.
